We are looking to appoint a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to deliver outstanding academic and pastoral provision for all pupils at Ealing Fields School, and to assist the SENDCo in coordinating support and conducting annual reviews. The postholder will undertake and chair 10 Annual Reviews, deliver 1:1 and small group SEND interventions, support students in lessons and support the SENDCo in maintaining communication and partnership between school and parents. This role will also support exemplary learning behaviour throughout the school, and will uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all students they work with.
Where an applicant has specific experience, skills or training, we would be interested in incorporating this into the role, for example if a successful candidate had expertise working with students with Dyslexia we could explore building this into the responsibilities of this HLTA post.
This post is up to 35 hours per week however part-time applications can be considered. Exact hours per week will be discussed and agreed at interview and the salary will therefore be a pro rata figure according to the hours worked.
