We are seeking an agile and driven teacher to lead and expand our successful T-Level programme, shaping opportunities for students and industry alike. As part of the number one trust in the country and a flagship T-Level provider, our sixth form is in the process of seeing our first cohort successfully complete their courses (Digital and Science) with students securing university places, degree apprenticeships, and industry roles. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the department in terms of curriculum planning and progress monitoring within the framework of the existing Trust curriculum model. The new post-holder will ensure that the quality of teaching and learning in the department is consistently high and will contribute to the development of a culture of sharing good practice.
The new post-holder will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with an ability to lead training in teaching and learning. They will have entrepreneurial skills and will need to establish strong partnerships with Accountancy firms. They will be an experienced curriculum and assessment planner, will have experience of achieving outstanding student outcomes across a range of abilities and will be an excellent analyst of student performance data. They will be enthused by the prospect of leading and managing others to achieve common goals.

- A good degree and QTS
- Proven record of outstanding results
- Outstanding skills as a classroom teacher and as a tutor

- Some experience of managing or implementing curriculum systems and initiatives
- Some experience of managing others / managing change
- Ability to be reflective and driven towards self-improvement
