About The Role

Salary: - Grade 5, 17.5 hours is £16,338

Hours: 2.5 days a week (0.5) - Year round (this is a fixed-term position from September 2026-August 2027)

Location: Ada Lovelace CofE High School, Park View Road, Ealing, London, W5 2JX

The TSH Administrator will support the operational systems within the Teaching School Hub in order to maintain high standards of delivery. A candidate who is passionate about training the next generation of teachers and supporting the Teaching School Hub achieve its aspirational goals is essential. The role will be varied and busy, so the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the Hub is essential. 

Teach West London is the Teaching School Hub for the four London boroughs of Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow. The Teach West London Teaching School Hub is based at Ada Lovelace CofE High School, which is one of four schools which make up the Twyford CofE Academies Trust. Working in collaboration with the DfE and a network of expert local partners across the four boroughs, the Teaching School Hub is responsible for delivering the ‘golden thread’ of professional development spanning Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Teacher Programmes (ECTP) and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). From September 2023, the TSH has also offered an Appropriate Body Service.  As an accredited ITT provider, Teach West London is providing high quality training to 100+ new entrants to the professional every year. Teach West London

Teach West London is the Teaching School Hub serving Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow and partners with UCL. Its vision is to empower schools to achieve the highest standards for students through training educators in effective classroom practice and school leadership. It has consciously developed a model of local partnership working and aimed to build capacity within partner schools. Since it opened in September 2021, it has been highly successful in engaging with schools across the four boroughs as well extending its reach nationally in some areas. More than 330 schools currently make use of its networks overall, either as part of the Early Careers Teacher programme, the National Professional Qualifications, Initial Teacher Training and/or the Appropriate Body service. Twyford CE Academies Trust

The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust (TCEAT) is a compact Church of England multi-academy Trust which comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing.  The Trust was established in October 2011 to enable an existing School, Twyford CE High School, to build on its successes and look outward to the large number of parents who were eager to become part of its community.
