The TSH Administrator will support the operational systems within the Teaching School Hub in order to maintain high standards of delivery. A candidate who is passionate about training the next generation of teachers and supporting the Teaching School Hub achieve its aspirational goals is essential. The role will be varied and busy, so the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the Hub is essential.
Teach West London is the Teaching School Hub for the four London boroughs of Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow. The Teach West London Teaching School Hub is based at Ada Lovelace CofE High School, which is one of four schools which make up the Twyford CofE Academies Trust. Working in collaboration with the DfE and a network of expert local partners across the four boroughs, the Teaching School Hub is responsible for delivering the ‘golden thread’ of professional development spanning Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Teacher Programmes (ECTP) and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). From September 2023, the TSH has also offered an Appropriate Body Service. As an accredited ITT provider, Teach West London is providing high quality training to 100+ new entrants to the professional every year.
